Your major step to joining our community starts here

Thank you for your interest in our school. We are delighted to share our school community with you, and our website is a great place to start to explore all that VTS offers.

With a good knowledge of our Entry needs, the next step to take to join our learning ecosystem is to purchase a form. The form can be got from the admission office of our school or download from here.

The cost for the form is based the programme you are applying for.

Certificate in Christian Education (2,000.00 NGN)
Diploma in Theology (5,000.00 NGN)
Undergraduate (B.Th and all BA tracks) (7,000.00 NGN)
Postgraduate Diploma in Theology (10,000.00 NGN)
Master of Divinity (10,000.00 NGN)

All payments for the form should be to the school account: 0013065431, Veenstra Theological Seminary Union Bank PLC.

Applicants are strongly advised to adhere to the instructions on the application form. Steps in the next section should be followed.

Admission process

Completed application forms (with valid credentials) should be submitted to the office of the Registrar or online through admissions@veenstrats.ng

Examination

Entrance examination will be conducted at the set date

Interview of eligible candidates, who are expected to come along with necessary documents.

Important dates and guidelines

The School opens admission in November every year. Admission is a two step process. In the first step the children write an entrance test after the registration.

November 20, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. IST
Deadline for applicants to fifth and eighth grades to submit application and application fee for a guaranteed on-campus interview.
January 16, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. IST
Admission application deadline, financial aid application deadline.
March 5, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. IST
Admission decision notification for eighth, ninth, and tenth grades.
March 12, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. IST
Admission decision notification for fifth grade.
April 07, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. IST
Start of the new session. Candidates are required to bring admission confirmation letter upon first visit.
